This place has bedbugs. I am extremely allergic and am now regretting ever stopping here. The MGNT responded that "bedbugs are not native to Utah" implying that I had brought them. Yet, NO ONE would come to the room and verify what I was saying.

Very nice motel, clean rooms, and the only place we have stayed that they call your room after you have had time to get things organized to ask if they can be of any assisstance. Wonderful breakfast and plenty of room to dine in.

The GM called me personally and offered a full refund with complete apology and assurance that if we return we will be treated properly. He was very gracious and sincere. That is worth a thousand thank-yous.
WE WERE VERY DISAPOINTED WITH OUR STAY AT THE QUALITY INN. OUR BATHROOM LIGHT BULB BURNT OUT AND WE HAD TO FIX IT OURSELVES. EVEN AFTER WE LEFT A FIVE DOLLOR TIP FOR THE MAID. THR ROOM WAS NOT VERY CLEAN. THE BED SPREAD WAS TERRIBLE.

Horrible
The first room they gave us was filthy and if it was a crime scene there would have been plenty of DNA to collect on the furniture. ICK ICK ICK. The second room was still dirty, but we had no choice so we stayed.
