This hotel is old and noisy. This hotel is poorly located. Not easy to get to. 70 runs 30 yards to the front, and the railroad tracks are 30 yards behind.I reserved a king bed, and was given to another guest. I was stuck with double queens. Also, forgot my toothbrush and of course the front desk was all out. Located in not the best part of denver. Old musty feeling to the hotel. The food was excellent though...

The location is good and the service is fair.

The lighting was good in all areas around the hotel. There was sturdy doors plus security around and inside the hotel.

It was a great hotel in a great location for what we were on vacation for. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

There is mid-town heavy traffic. I suggest you get a map if not familiar with the area.

The room was clean and the location good.

I trust Best Western and their employees.

They made sure I was parked next to my room because of my age. The front desk called several times to make sure we were not in need of anything.

I liked the hotel, except for the fact that the rooms were not stocked with towels, rags, or hand towels.

It was very convenient to use, we arrived late, but the check in person told us to go immediately to the restaurant and they would serve us, even though they were closing in ten minutes. They prepared our food and they never made us feel unwelcome or rushed.

They were very courteous to us.

The location was right where we needed to be but is not probably the safest area. The buildings were set up in a little square though, so that made me feel a little safer. I would not recommend this hotel. The room needed repairs, there was a hole in the bedroom wall and the fan in the bathroom was hanging down from the wall. The furniture could definitely use updating. Also upon check in there was a German Shepherd guard dog at the front desk. I thought the price was a little much for the quality of the rooms.

Most Best Western's were good, a couple were excellent. The room in this particular one was not clean. We had to ask for clean towels and the floors were not clean.

It was perfectly cleaned and they treated guests like treasured guests.
