I refused 1st room I was given as it was filthy dirty & nasty, but 2nd room was barely an improvement. Hairs in the tub & around the sink, haphazard vacuuming , a broken security lock on door (I was told "don't worry, it's safe here, you don't need the lock"), a/c unit didn't work (and I was told "oh, just open the window if you get hot"). Only the lobby was clean & decently maintained - there's no "Quality" here but the misleading name.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Perfect for someone on the road needing a place to sleep. Beds were comfortable. Walls were a little thin if you know what I mean! Continental breakfast was very basic but "Mitzels" is right across the street offering great food.
