The swimming pool and hot tub were very very dirty, in fact they were not usable. The rooms, loby, staff and breaksfast were very nice,

We stay at Quality Inn hotels whenever we travel. But the prices have gone up and when we tried to use our points for a free night we could not because they told us that we did not have enough points.
I am very likely
to return to the Quality Inn Ruidoso.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I stayed three nights at this hotel and the staff was wonderful, so friendly and accomodating! I will stay here every time I visit Ruidoso. The price was so low for the value. I couldn't believe it.
