Quality Inn Motel

Everything about this hotel was awful. The front desk attendant did not know anything about the area. Our toilet was not flushing and when we told the attendant about it she did not offer any help and only said that her "manager was gone for the night, there was nothing she could do". And then we found the cockroaches. Disgusted, we demanded our money back and moved to the Quality Inn and Suites down the road which was much, much more informative, friendly and free of roaches.

I am always satisfied with Best Western, I have yet to have a bad experience with them. I was visiting friends in Glendale so I was not actually in the Best Western much -- mainly just to sleep and to grab a couple of meals.

The hotel is in a good location. I think they raised their prices due to 'Spring Training.' The rooms were just average, and they were overpriced.

The free continental breakfast was the most satisfying free breakfast I've ever had. They had one of those make-your-own waffle stations.

We had stayed there before. We liked the friendly service, location, and layout.
