when I tried to checkin they said they were overbooked despite my confirmed reservation from Choice Hotels. When I tried to get assistance to find another room they called the police because I was agitated. Who wouldn't be upset trying to get a room around Solvang in August. Steve who claimed to be manager needs to be fired immediately. Not even the police I spoke with like him.

I recommend, anywhere but this place.

The bathroom toilet leaked and the floor was wet. The staff rude when this was brought to their attention. They did not comply with the Rodeway standard guarantee. The rooms were small and over-furnished -- really crowded.

I liked the breakfast, especially waffles. It was convenient that could use internet. I enjoy the movies on HBO.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Big bath tub, mirror and bed.
