Quality Inn Motel - Page 1

There is no restaurant on site. The hotel provided a shuttle to one nearby expensive restaurant. The restaurant owner said the hotel gets a deal. We, and the restaurant manager, called for a return ride back to the hotel several times. The ride never came, they left us there! We had to beg a ride from a dining patron. The next day we asked the front desk staff for a cab to the mall. They called a van which cost exactly twice the rate we ended up paying the cab that brought us back from the mall. At check out we were overcharged for the room even though we could prove our Preferred Choice Privileges Choice Hotel rate. It was a very frustrating experience.

The restaurant obviously didn't plan for big groups. The wait for food at the buffet was far too long and it ran out quickly. Some food was undercooked and some overcooked. On a call to request a wakeup call there was no answer after multiple rings. I had to call back elsewhere just to get someone to answer.

It was not fancy but clean. They have nice people in management. The shuttle to the airport was convenient. The room rate was good.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They made us feel very wanted. They were helpful with information. They let us stay late in the day, because of a late afternoon flight. They were very nice to us.

Everything was great except that once you left the motel, it was to hard to get back to if you went into town.

The lobby and bar area were very nice. The rooms were average.
