56 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I stayed here a few times. last month (Sept) I went to pick up my son (Just got back from Iraq) and thought I would stay here again even thou I thought the price was somewhat high. I was charged $25 to $30 more then what I payed 8 months before. Lady said they upgraded the rooms .If you call mismatched old holed curtains with new spreads, a broken table with a air conditioner that smelled like rotten socks an upgrade guess she was right. The bathroom had mold in it and something unnameable on the back of the toilet. light by the bed was hard to turn on and off .At check out time the lady was talking to what seemed to be a friend and didn't even look at me .So I said excuse me I'm checking out and set the key down and left. I always leave the room straighten and try to be a good guest. the room was cleaner when I left it and smelled good. I will stay further away from CL next time to have a decent place for my money. This dump is off my list of places to stay.
I am not likely
to return to the Quality Inn Jacksonville.
I would not recommend it to friends.

61 year old female with a moderate budget
Our group took a ballteam of young girls 11 and under. What a mistake! The
rooms were infested with ants, dirty walls and odor of urine in the walk way
to the rooms. Coming back to the hotel after late ballgames had to stand
against the side of the building because of the security draging drunks out
the front entrance and continued fighting at the entrance to the lobby, after
being forced to keep the children against the side of the building until we could run to the door we were almost sholved down by security running back to the club to try & control more fighting. I spoke to the staff the next morning and she laughed and said it really was a quite night. Please do not
stay at this hotel with children.

46 year old female with a moderate budget
Nothing in the room was in good shape. The carpet is damp, the lamps are stained and cheap, the linens are not very clean. The biggest insult was realizing they don't change the sheets. I had a room with two double beds, was using one primarily, but decided to climb into the second bed on night four of six to watch a movie. The sheets smelled like men's cologne! Also the service doors are weakly secured with deadbolts that could easily be pushed open, and every time the neighbor next door went in or out, the suction caused by the door closing would make the service door slam suddenly. The remote for the TV was missing the battery cover. The whole place needs to be repainted and repaired. If you are used to better accommodations, keep looking.

24 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I recently attempted to stay at the Quality Inn. First of all, the prices depend on if the front desk clerk likes you. They are not consistent with their rates. Secondly, I pulled back the sheets of my bed and found cockroaches in my bed. I told the front desk and they told me I must of left food sitting out when I didn't! The stay was to see my husband and I would never go back. Stay away!

It was an ordinary hotel stay. There were no problems and no spectacular service. It was just normal.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Quality Inn Jacksonville.
I might recommend it to friends.

45 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
This was our second stay at this hotel. We went back a second time as we were given a 25% discount due to the horrible conditions of the room on the first visit. There was peeling paint in the bedroom and bathroom, filthy walls & carpet. There was lots of mold on the beds and walls on our first trip. Not much has changed. Also, be prepared for loud and drunk people after the onsite bar closes that goes into wee hours of the night.
Oh, and our 25% discount was not honored at the time we checked out. We had to make several calls to customer service. The hotel is franchised so they are not obligated to the 100% satisfaction guarantee and can do what they want. This is an overpriced hotel and accommodations are very poor. Stay elsewhere.

The management of this Quality Inn understand that the little thing do make a difference. For example, went to the front desk to see if could purchase some extra coffee for the in room coffee maker from them so wouldn't have to go to the store.
This hotel made me feel respected: The employees were very polite and courteous. We have stayed in that hotel in the past and were so pleased with the management and staff that we will continue to do business with them whenever we are in the area. The staff is very gracious and helpful.
I am very likely
to return to the Quality Inn Jacksonville.
I might recommend it to friends.
