I registered for a Sunday check out, but the hotel had our reservation through Monday. They credited my pre-payment for the day Monday. I checked my on-line reservation and it was correct, so something happened at the hotel to change the reservation.

The location was great. It was comfortable and clean. The parking lot was kind of small and tight. The continental breakfast was ok. The staff was friendly

It was fine, nothing fancy, but clean and convenient to where we needed to be.

They showed very poor interest or concern about the quality or the accuracy of check in information. They had very poor maintenance of the grounds and the common areas. But they had extremely cooperative service and maintenance personnel once you could persuade the front desk to let them know something needed attention.

I liked the good quality for the price. They were in the process of remodeling and should be excellent when that's finished. I would go there again.

We went to Rose Bowl Parade; the motel was about 16 blocks off the route. The price was not out of line and the quality of the rooms was good. They had a pool but not used by us. We would go back again.

It is nice they have gotten to know us. They meet our request.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They keep our request made on line correct. They have good maid service.

Apart from putting up with a noisy person in the next unit, this stay was quite restful and pleasant.

This hotel made me feel important: In that some minor errors were made in the room reservation and subsequent billing, and the service was always polite, informative (and accurate) on what had happened and how it would be taken care of, and consistent in this manner.
