35 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I liked the location close to the freeway. I liked the free wireless high-speed internet. I liked the staff, very friendly. I did not like the parking, it seemed crowded. I did not like the noise from the remodeling of the rooms.
This hotel made me feel respected: Upon check in the older woman at the counter was very professional in answering all my questions and always referred to me as sir. I had to come back and ask for more information and she provided it.
I am very likely
to return to the Quality Inn Burbank.
I might recommend it to friends.
