I lost my glasses and had to make several calls to reach someone to ask about it. It was too much trouble for the head of housekeeping to look so I had to pay another $350 for another pair of prescription sunglasses.

The room smelled musty, the pillows not comfortable, the pool closed too early. Overall, the room was acceptable, though we had to call to have a water leak fixed, and the bathroom fan seemed to be missing its blades ( it was running, but not working at all).
