It was very convenient, the people were helpful and made us feel very welcome. It was a very nice experience.
This hotel made me feel excited: They had many people staying there who were there to see naval recruits graduate from boot camp. They were happy and excited for us, and congratulated us. I thought this was very nice and made us even happier and more excited!

It's a great place to stay in; I thought it wouldn't be. I was completely stunned as to the care we were given. The Holiday Inn Express in Waukegan, IL, is the best experience I have ever had with any hotel.
This hotel made me feel important: They treated us like we were old friends and not customers. They are placing a picture of our son on their wall with other naval graduation students--they do not have to do that. They have a great staff and it's a wonderful place to be.
I am very likely
