Quality Hotel Times Square New York

05/13/08 Just came back from a week long training class in NY. Stayed at the Quality Hotel Times Square. Worst hotel ever. Hotel under construction, very dirty and noisy. Quest room and bathroom, very small, but decorated nicely. Almost too small for two people. Bed was confortable and liked the large flat screen TV on the wall. Elevators very slow and very small. Staff not very helpful. Location good, just off Times Square, but not worth the money. Will not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone else.

Good location but possibly the worst ever receptionists, after leaving my pregnant wife to wait in the reception for over 3hours when rooms were already available ..watching others check in for over an hour ..finally they checked us in but only after having to ask for a third time?? ..they have absolutely no Idea about customer care ...rooms were small though!

Great location right off Times Square and the Theatre District. The beds were comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. The staff were very helpful as I arrived with my luggage having been lost by the airline and we made frequent inquiries as to whether it had been delivered. Our floor was quiet - we had no trouble getting sleep in the room.

Found the hotel to be great value for money. the staff were friendly - i needed to send faxes home to Ireland for work and they did this free of charge. The staff were very helpful when checking out - they held our luggage securely and booked a cheap taxi to take us to JFK. From reading other reviews I was curious about the elevators. Although slow, We just found them funny. The hotel is in an excellent location and the room was small but not too small-your in new york - you wont be in your room all day!!! Although the restauramt was closed due to renovations, there is plenty of cafes/restaurants/pubs in walking distance. There was a coke vending machine on our floor. Our room was cleaned every day. Excellent value for NY standards

The Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Due to an unfortunate circumstance with the airlines, we arrived to the Hotel 3 hours late (after midnight). The staff did everything they could do to save a room for us. The staff put us at ease after a very trying flight. We actually got the last room in the hotel. It was clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect -just off Time Square. It was very easy to get around mid-town and really enjoy the Big Apple. A great place to lay your head and get some rest before you head back out to experience NYC.
