We booked this room and paid top dollar for one night. When we opened the door it seemed ok at first but then we started noticing things didn't look very clean, fould a pill on the floor by the trash can and then noticed toenail clippings on the floor in front of the chair and now we are looking at the room to see what else wasn't right, full length mirror had a big sloppy smear about 12" long and 2" wide. Hard to miss that!

We went to the desk and told them our room was not clean and pointed out the things we had seen, we were told they would send up housekeeping and take care of it. we returned hours later to find that the carpet was still dirty but they cleaned the drippy smear off of the mirror. Medicine still on the floor along with the toenails. The next morning I told the desk staff how the clean up went and said we were not happy. They comped our breakfast which was a nice gesture but for over $200.00 for the night there should have been a continental breakfast included. As you probably guessed I wouldn't stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone else. I travel approx. 4 to 5 times a year and this is the first time I have been compelled to write a review.

Sorry, lot of nice people but, someone dropped the ball.

If it is not clean it's not ok with me.

The room service was inconsistent, as on three consecutive days I had to ask for room service. Also, the restaurant could not deliver room service as the staffing was insufficient. Also they charged for a safe that was not used. The location was excellent, but I would hope for better service.

They are great places to stay. I feel safe there and I am always treated with respect and the house staff goes out of their way to accommodate me and my family. Even my pet comes with us.

They made me feel like I was young again.

The pet friendly policy was appreciated. However, I was placed on the fourth floor and there was poor lighting in the room and the hallways.

The hotel was in a great location. It was clean and comfortable. The food was extremely expensive in the Niagara Falls tourist area.

We stayed at this hotel with our 2 year old son, when we made the reservation we asked for a Junior Suite so my son would have enough room to roam. The girl we made the reservation with said that this room would be good for people with children.

When we arrived at the check in time, we found many other people waiting because the rooms were not ready yet. The girls at the front desk were very rude and one even yelled out to all the people waiting "It's not our fault!", which I thought was very unprofessional.

When we finally got to our room, our son had fallen asleep so we couldn't wait to put him to bed. But as soon as we opened the door, we were greeted by loud pounding music and screaming, it sounded like we have just walked into a club. We looked out the window and discovered that our window did not have a view of the outside but was facing down into the Family Fun Centre!

When we called down to the front desk to complain they said that most of these rooms windows face into the Family Fun Centre and there was no other rooms available. We also found out that the pounding music goes on until 11:00 pm! And the music starts right back up again bright and early the next morning.

We had also requested a crib when we made the reservation, which was not in the room. So after calling down to the front desk three times, a housekeeping staff member finally brought it up and said that the hotel receives so many complaints about the noise that it's an ongoing thing.

We were in the room for less than 30 minutes and already we had a headache and my son had of course woken up because of the noise. To top off more headaches, the parking in this hotel is horrible! There are maybe less than 50 spots for more than 200 rooms and they tell you there is more parking just down the street, the parking down the street turned out to be an empty lot that was not well lit and was quite a walk away. The walk was difficult because we had a child and all our bags to carry each time we came back to the hotel. I could not imagine anyone walking the distance in the cold.

This hotel is not good for anyone with small children or for anyone looking to get a good nights sleep! The staff is also rude and unwilling to help. I think the only good thing about this hotel is the location to the falls and the Junior Suite we had was a good size, but with all the ongoing noise we did not spend much time in there to enjoy it.

Don't waste your money at this place, go stay somewhere else. And by the way the music does not stop right at 11 pm they try to keep it going for as long as possible!

This particular Quality Inn hotel had the perfect location being in the heart of all the sights we wanted to see. I did not want to leave.

This hotel is in a good location. However, the hallways and entryways were dirty. The staff was friendly. But we booked for one night and they wouldn't extend the same rate for the second night even though we booked through Choice Hotels.
