Totally awesome hotel. Stayed there had junior suite was beautiful, clean and staff was very friendly will most definatlely stay there again for a romantic nights stay

First the pros: Our room was clean. The front desk person did accommodate us when we arrived a day earlier than our reservations were set for. It took an entire day, but we did get 4 extra pillows for our beds. Having the bowling alley and restaurant next door were convenient.

Now the cons: The beds were a step up from a cot. They were very uncomfortable and quite "dead". Our room was right next to a door that led to the main lobby so that you heard people opening (and closing) that door first light of day. The people traffic outside our room was heavy and noisy. The pool was cloudy during our entire stay of 3 nights. Also the pool was much smaller than the photos depict. The water in the whirlpool tub was smelly. All in all I really wish I would have just spent a bit more money and stayed in the heart of all of the action. Take it from me, if you are trying to budget, the gas money and amount of time you spend traveling back and forth to the falls is not worth the savings. I made my choice from others reviews of this hotel and so I hope to help someone else to avoid this place.

This hotel is well placed in the city of St. Catharines. I was sent here on business and stayed for an entire week. From the moment of front counter, to the daily cleaning staff, there was always a smile to greet me in the morning, or when I returned from the office.

I had a King suite, which was very cozy as a “home-away-from-home”. Bathroom was very clean as well. Air conditioning worked very well, and high-speed internet had decent speeds. On-site coffee-shop and restaurant which were both delicious and reasonably priced for the servings you get.

My only complaint here would be the parking. There was not a lot of parking, when it was needed to be shared with another business and the on-site restaurant.
