I will begin this review with the only positives:
The staff is very friendly and the check-in and check-out process is extremly quick.
In addition, the elevator is not very busy and it is usually at your disposal.
The location is also great, it is a short walk to the nice attractions in Ottawa such as the great shopping mall at the Rideau Center.
The negative, and the big negative, is that the bed is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on in my life; it is as hard as a brick and so are the pillows. I had back problems after this trip as a result of the uncomfortable hotel.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone even on a short budget due to the uncomfortable beds, the location is great but it is not worth a pain on the back! Luckily I did not pay for this hotel at full price and paid about 45 U.S a day!
