When we first checked in and wanted to use the bathroom the toilet was dirty. It had dried pee on and under the seat and on top of the rim of the bowl. It also had a black mold around the water line. The floor was dirty as was the shower wall. ...
We made a reservation for 2 night via the central hotel booking line. I was told by that the cost is $80.00 per night. After coming back from sighting, my kley could not open the door, so I went to the front desk and I was told that my booking was...
I make a reservation in February for a May trip, and called to cancel my reservation in March. All of the workers said they couldn't find my reservation, so it must have not went through. On the weekend I was supposed to take the trip my credit...
We were 6 women in 4 rooms and found the experience of staying here quite pleasant. Beds comfy, quiet except for the sound of toilets flushing, jacuzzi lovely. Gas fireplaces were not working as the gas system was under construction. Pool was...
Nice place for what we spent. Location good - free shuttle to the falls (far walk), and there's not the commotion of the falls area. Hut tub was nice. A little disappointed b/c fireplaces were turned off for the summer. Could have been a bit...
We stayed at this Hotel for 2 nights. The best thing was the Breakfast Buffet. We left our room to spend the day at the falls, only to return at 5pm and our room was not even touched, as a matter of fact the whole second floor was not touched....
We booked a two day romantic getaway for our second anniversary with the Fireside. Upon arrival we walked into our room expecting to relax and enjoy our two days alone together. Well this did not happen. The room was the dirtiest I have ever seen....

Let me start by saying that the customer service was excellent. The hotel itself is in an ok location - and you get free shuttle service to the Falls, which is good. DON'T upgrade to a room with a "view". You'll get to see the street - but that's about it. The pool and other facilities are alright...pretty average. Now the bad stuff:
The room was small. The TV only has a few stations, all with poor reception. The restaurant hotel SUCKS. The "steakhouse" the hotel reccomends is EVEN WORSE. The shower runs hot and cold - while you are showering and independant of the controls. The doors squeal (almost every door in the hotel)...prepare to wake EVERYONE when you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Cleaning staff to a POOR job - often just pulling up the top cover as opposed to making the bed.
You can save a few bucks by staying here, but ask yourself first - is it worth the hasstle?

Me and my girlfriend booked a jacuzzi room for the weekend, payed a fortune. There was no fridge in the room, very unprofessional receptionist, being sarcastic when approached with a complaint, telling us we should have booked for a Sunday night instead!
The so called complementary breakfast and coffee was terrible! Just eggs and potatoes, no sausage or bacon, btw have water instead of coffee.
We got ripped off, just wanted to share the experience so that others won't.
