I stayed with my family. For my family I can say every thing was good, except I missing small fridge. I guess it should be mendatory OR as per guest request provided free.

Despite having a copy of my reservation confirmation (made two months in advance) the young woman at the desk insisted that we had no reservation. She said that reservations come to them by fax and sometimes do not arrive. Her only solution was that we could stay one night in the suite we had reserved and then we'd have to move to another room, if there was one available. After a long battle we eventually were allowed to stay two nights in the suite. When we asked to speak to a manager she said the manager was on vacation and that she guessed she was in charge. She obviously didn't have a clue about customer service. I will never again trust a central reservation service and will call to confirm my reservation.
