They would not honor the price they quoted during booking. When we checked in, we were told that they had made an error, and if we stayed, we would be charged and extra $170.00. The lack of ethics was disappointing, as was cutting our trip short.

They had a rude staff, a dirty room, needed to argue to get what was sold to us over the internet (room size, bed size), the pool was ok for kids 7 and under (this was expected), the restaurant was good and free tickets to water world were a plus: however this water park is the least expensive in the dells.
