Horrible
i stayed at this hotel jan. 12. i work for a quality inn so i know the ins and out of everything that a front desk clerk SHOULD be doing for the guest, well let me just say that the employees of this hotel could care less. i had never driven to...
Stayed here in Sept. of '08. Hotel is old, OLD!! Not in a desirable part of town. Breakfast area was a mess at 8 am. Desk clerk seemed to be bothered by checking me in. Would never stay here again.
I WAS NOT AWARE THAT WHEN I BOOKED THE HOTEL ON LINE THAT THE HOTEL WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO FIND THE RESAVATION AND A I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AGAIN PLUS WAIT UNTIL MY TRIP WAS OVER TO GET THINGS RESOLVE IN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. THE AMOUNT OF DOLLARS I PAID...
was in a good location and the staff was willing to help you out. we were able to get taxis easily and the staff helped us call for the taxi when we needed it. There is also a bus stop right accross the street. Complimentary breakfasts are very...

The desk staff had a bad attitude. There was no TV remote in the room and no room service on the second day of the stay. I was given double beds instead of a king size bed.
I am not likely
to return to the Quality Hotel & Conference Center.
I would not recommend it to friends.

I will never stay there again. There were bugs in my room. I had to turn on the television twelve times to get it to stay on. The manager promised to take care of the internet problem and I ended up spending forty minutes on my cell phone with the tech support. Their solution was to stand next to the room door with my computer as an answer to the inefficient wireless coverage in the hotel. My bathroom had mildew. They gave us extra pillows and a couple of free drinks in the bar hotel. The restaurant had an excellent cook, she made incredible gumbo and jambalaya. The maid on my floor was very good and did the best she could in keeping my room clean.

Its not in a horrible part of New Orleans, but this place got hammered by the Katrina episode. I had my rental cars GPS stolen while parked in front of the hotel front door.
This place is really the pits. No restaurant. Someone tried to enter our room about 10.30 at night under the pretense of being a maintenance man. When i called the front desk to check on him i was told they had no maintenance man that fit his...
