Poor
53 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The desk staff had a bad attitude. There was no TV remote in the room and no room service on the second day of the stay. I was given double beds instead of a king size bed.

I am not likely to return to the Quality Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.

51 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for business

I will never stay there again. There were bugs in my room. I had to turn on the television twelve times to get it to stay on. The manager promised to take care of the internet problem and I ended up spending forty minutes on my cell phone with the tech support. Their solution was to stand next to the room door with my computer as an answer to the inefficient wireless coverage in the hotel. My bathroom had mildew. They gave us extra pillows and a couple of free drinks in the bar hotel. The restaurant had an excellent cook, she made incredible gumbo and jambalaya. The maid on my floor was very good and did the best she could in keeping my room clean.

I am not likely to return to the Quality Hotel.

It’s not in a horrible part of New Orleans, but this place got hammered by the Katrina episode. I had my rental car’s GPS stolen while parked in front of the hotel front door.

The accommodations were terrible. The television had to be turned on at least eight times to stay on. My record was twenty-seven attempts. I had bugs in my room. They offer high speed internet that went haywire constantly I spent forty minutes on my cell phone talking to technical support to get internet back on my floor after hotel including manager did nothing to fix the problem. My bathroom was two tone white and mildew. The toilet handle had to be held down when you flush or it did not go down. One of my coworkers had jewelry stolen from room. The hotel offered extra pillows and some free drinks in the hotel bar as recompense not replacement of the item. I do not recommend this hotel at all it was the worst I have ever stayed in.

I am not likely to return to the Quality Hotel.

57 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I was directed to a small bar and grill to eat instead of the hotel dining area. I was disappointed to be directed to eat there. We found a Denny's very close by where we ate breakfast the next morning. I don't understand why the girl told us to take our two sons and two granddaughters to a bar.

I am not likely to return to the Quality Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.
