We stayed here and had a great weekend. The Westport area was very active and a lot of fun and all within walking distance of the hotel. Country Club Plaza was about a mile away, but easy enough to get to. We’re definitely glad...

I stayed here back in March and I thought the place was old and tired. Now that I have seen the renovation and the conversion into the Q Hotel, I am sold.
My room was basically all new with a pillow top bed. Flat screen tv with HD and Ipod player...

Reserved a room with a double bed, got a one bed room. Stains on bedsheets. Staff was rude. Wouldn't give us an extra blanket. Small rooms. We got yelled at, at midnight for "talking" too loud in our rooms. Horrible experience! Would NEVER stay...
