Apparently Pyramids Hotels is a new concept in personalized services. I spent 4 days in the hotel and was amazed at how everyone remembered my name every time I passed by the front desk. The lobby and the breakfast area decore is very well designed.

It is my first time staying in Pyramids--by chance. Company booked me at Westin for two nights but Westin could offer only one, hence I surfed around and found Pyramids. After reading the reviews, decided to give a try, and I was pleased. The hotel is clean and well decorated with good taste. Shower towels are thick and soft. The heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna are pleasant and clean. Towner Mohammad is friendly and very accommodating--my flight was canceled and the next flight was 5 hours out, and he let me stay until an hour before the clean crews must leave. If there is anything Pyramids can improve are: better fitness equipment, thicker and softer smaller size towels and pool towels.

The Pyramids Hotel in Allen is all new. We found this hotel while traveling to Dallas and we were too tired so we stopped. This is our new hotel! It is not a chain, so you receive very personal service. Their beds are the most comfortable I have stayed in. Great indoor pool!

The hotel staff was very friendly. We were without a car because our car broke down. They offered us a room without reservations and they even offer to find us a rental. We had a very nice stay.
They greeted us at the front door and they offered help right away.

We have stayed here many times over the past 5 years. We love the new rooms and the small touches offered with breakfast. Our grandkids love the hot chocolate and the indoor pool. My husband loves the fast wireless high-speed. I love the fact that they have the same staff all this time and that they always remember us when we visit.

I stayed at this hotel because my other hotel in the area was full. I thought I was going to an Amerihost, but it was recently changed to the Pyramids Hotel. Talk about an upgrade!
The rooms in the hotel reminded me of a boutique style hotel and the staff at the front desk was friendly and fantastic. Being a business traveler it was also nice to be able to order room service from the restaurant next door. I used to stay at one of the other hotels in this market because it's a national chain, but after discovering this little secret of Allen I will go back there next time I am in the area.
If you haven't tried this hotel I highly recommend it.
