The Pullman Plaza Hotel offers nice rooms, great food and friendly service. Located in downtown Huntington, The Pullman Plaza Hotel is within walking distance to a variety of activities.
We booked the Presidental Suite July 4th night. This room runs 400.00 it wasnt worth 100.00. The Hottub room had wet musty towels on the floor and there was no hot water in the tub!!!! After about an hour of complaining to the front desk we were...
We arrived to find that they were very misleading about the handicap accessible room. They do not have bars in the bathroom and the shower is a normal shower. We needed a real handicap accessible room which has roll in shower and bars in the shower...
Its the employees that made a difference. all the staff sincerly make an effort to satisfy,additionally your breakfast buffets are fantastic.Other than being stuck in the elevator for a few minutes, I cannot say anything negative about all my stays...
My sisters and I rarely get to spend time together and we decided that the Pullman would be a great place to stay together for our one night out. There were 8 of us and we reserved the Presidential suite so that we would all be able to stay together....
