The level of hospitality is first class.More hot items for the complete breakfast. The Prune yard staff is amazing. We will always stay there when we visit the area. The evening manager made it an unforgettable stay for my wife and I.

The hotel is very beautiful and nice, but the staff there is totally unorganized. We were recently guest there for a wedding, and I couldn't believe how unprepared they were. several reservations were wrong and the staff just didn't seem to know what was going on.

They have nice people behind the desk, except for a billing problem with management. It's been three weeks since I left and they still are holding about $1000 dollars of my credit on my card in escrow. I have a paid-in-full receipt!

It is an excellent hotel, in a good location, and with top-quality furnishings and service. They offer a good rate on weekends. I suggest making reservations early as it fills up fast.
