The bed was comfortable. There was only one computer in the business center and it was occupied so I could not use it. The garage needed tokens, which was cumbersome.

The manager and the front desk staff were completely helpful. We were having a conference at the nearby university and they assisted with transporting the guests to campus. The restaurant seemed overwhelmed by all the people at the hotel and the service was very slow.
