Round shape outdoor swimming pool is on the lobby level 11th floor along with 3 large conference rooms, fully equipped fitness center. The karaoke sky lounge is also available on the 31th floor. The hotel is very popular for guest coming to Thailand seeking to buy good quality product in bulk. (07/04PC) It is a high rise 32 storey modern square concrete building in pink colour. Hotel is located atop Bo Bae Tower at Damrongrak Road. This is the area where wholesale garments is taking place daily. The hotel is also close to Khoa san road within 15-20 minutes drive.

Mediocre
The service in this place is the worst I have ever seen. The staff is rude and not helpful at all. The only 2 good things about this hotel is the open air pool on the 11th floor and that I had a room on a 29 floor, so the views were nice. Otherwise...

This is the worst 3 star hotel I have been stay,this time I were attrached by their claimed 4 star rating,but in fact it is only-2 star or lower,it is isolated locate in the veg & fruit wholesale market, far away from everywhere, not only...

Nice room but VERY BAD SERVICE. It seems a 4 star hotel, but it is a facade. A too big hotel (2 towers, 25 floors) which makes it uncomfortable for a stay. The Suite room is big and clean.

Nice room but they had very bad service. It seems to be a 4 star hotel, but it is a facade. It’s a too big hotel with two towers and 25 floors, which makes it uncomfortable for a stay. The suite room is big and clean.
We arrived at 3 pm and our room was not ready, they were still cleaning. They made us wait for 15 minutes at reception without being asked whether we wanted anything to drink.
The receptionist wrote the wrong room number, so the baggage guy could not open our room. We waited again for him to get the correct room number. Later, one of the staff gave us wrong directions to the wrong swimming pool (there are 2).
Their breakfast was OK. There was a cook making omelets who disappeared and left a burning/smoking pan in the middle of the buffet.
The safe broke with our documents inside. Their safes are cheap and break often (apparently their hotel technician had to fix several during same morning). At 10:00 we asked the personnel to open our safe, they told us in 10 minutes the hotel technician would come to our room and fix it. Nobody came. At 10:45 we asked again and were told the technician was coming. Nobody came. At 11:15 I went to reception. They told me the technician was in our room. I phoned my partner, but the technician was not there. Finally at 11:30 the technician come and open the box.
The bad hotel service wasted 5 of our hours in total of our weekend in Bangkok (with 4 friends waiting in reception).
Summary: I have been to other 4 star hotels in Bangkok for similar price and better service. Go to any other than the Prince Palace. Do not worry about their location, taxis are inexpensive here.

Hotel is nice.The only thing-location.It is far from everything.You can't walk any good places from the hotel,have to take a taxi or a tuk tuk.Otherwise it is good.If you prefer to stay closer to night life do not stay in this hotel.Room service...
...The Prince hotel is beautiful...I had a very comfortable room, with telephone,TV, separate bathroom and shower,mini bar...There is a magnificent restaurant on the roof and a pleasant lounge. It's certainly the good hotel if you can afford it.....
