I loved the price we paid for the room. Yes, its an older hotel but if you have a budget and want to stay away from the high dollar hotels then this is the place to stay. We stayed there three nights. Upon our arrival we were told they only had two floor available and they were smoking rooms. After a brief conversation with the supervisor, she put us up in a really nice room for the same price. Most of the people that come to Las Vegas are not coming to sit in a hotel room.

I am very likely to return to the Whiskey Pete's Hotel and Casino.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

My husband and I were very disappointed with our room. After a snafu with our reservation, we finally entered our room with an awful view of a solid block wall inches away from the window! We promptly turned around and went back to the lobby to request another room. We did get another room, but we were disappointed with it after having a much nicer room at Whiskey Pete's for a lower cost of $11.00 a night. I can't see how the Primm Resort can charge more for an older dated shabby room with virtually no view. We had a room with two small beds, I was led to believe from the web site that the rooms had a king, or two queen beds, along with a writing desk, and a love seat. This room, as well as the room with the awful block wall view, only had two small beds, one end table, one old chipped TV holder, and a table with two chairs. The small beds had two small traveler pillow, so I'm glad that we brought our pillows as well. The room was dingy and the bathroom had only a light flimsy shower curtain. The bathroom counter area was small as well, there wasn't a fan vent in the bathroom either. The casino is nice and I enjoyed the coffee shop, we had a great waitress. The parking is not as accessible as it was at Whiskey Pete's, since you have to walk up an incline and it's hard to pull your wheeled luggage. The main problem I have with Primm Resort is that they charge more than the other two casinos and the rooms and views aren't nearly as nice. We were able to view a room at Buffalo Bill's and they were much nicer rooms like they have over at Whiskey Pete's. I don't see how Primm Resort can charge more to stay there when they have older, sparse furnishings, than the other two casinos! The rooms certainly don't look anything like what they show on web sites. I would go to the restaurant and casino again, but I would never stay there again. It was also much nosier than our stay at Whiskey Pete's. At least at the Primm, we didn't get one of those rooms that are really far away on the other side of the casino. I would recommend staying at Whiskey Pete's or Buffalo Bill's, not only are they less money to stay at, the rooms are much nicer.

I am not likely to return to the Whiskey Pete's Hotel and Casino.
I would not recommend it to friends.

There are three hotel casinos in the complex, which is very convenient. There is a shuttle bus and monorail between them. The food at one of them was better than the other two. The service people were very pleasant and helpful. The television set location in the room was inconvenient.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Whiskey Pete's Hotel and Casino.
I might recommend it to friends.

I have to ask, is there some rating system that allows Primm Valley to label itself as a resort hotel? My stay at Primm Valley was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. The customer service is awful, and everyone carries an attitude. What resort hotel has no guest laundry facilities or service? Not to mention Internet access. There is no in-room internet, not even as much as a wireless hotspot in the lounge.

The maids have a bad habit of cleaning your rooms and leaving the door wide open afterwards, this happened to us three times! They didn't even close the door. When I asked the manager why there is no laundry facility, his answer was "We don't have laundry facility? I didn't know that". A manager doesn't even know what his own facility has? This hotel is nothing more then a Motel 6 with some slot machines inside. It doesn't deserve the title “Resort”. I actually I think Motel 6's are better than this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at the Buffalo Bill's Casino and Hotel on my last trip to Stateline. The room was comfortable and clean. Although I had requested for a non-smoking room I got placed in a room that smelt like a smoker had occupied it previously. I requested that someone from housekeeping come up to spray the room and in no time, someone came to accommodate my request.

This hotel made me feel important: From their attitude I felt that they really care about their guests.

I am very likely to return to the Whiskey Pete's Hotel and Casino.
