I have to ask, is there some rating system that allows Primm Valley to label itself as a resort hotel? My stay at Primm Valley was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. The customer service is awful, and everyone carries an attitude. What resort hotel has no guest laundry facilities or service? Not to mention Internet access. There is no in-room internet, not even as much as a wireless hotspot in the lounge.
The maids have a bad habit of cleaning your rooms and leaving the door wide open afterwards, this happened to us three times! They didn't even close the door. When I asked the manager why there is no laundry facility, his answer was "We don't have laundry facility? I didn't know that". A manager doesn't even know what his own facility has? This hotel is nothing more then a Motel 6 with some slot machines inside. It doesn't deserve the title Resort. I actually I think Motel 6's are better than this hotel.
