The Prime Rate Motel is an indoor property which offers clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms at reasonable rates throughout the year. We are located in Burnsville, Minnesota, which is a south suburb of Minneapolis. Our friendly staff can direct guests to many closeby tourist sites such as the Mall of America, the Metrodome stadium, and more. The property has a heated indoor pool, whirlpool, and sauna. Free wireless internet is also available throughout the building for guest use. Guests are welcomed to unlimited coffee, tea, and hot cocoa 24 hours a day, with donuts and rolls in the morning. We also have many restaurants within walking distance and a 24 hour restaurant next door. Nonsmoking rooms are available with one or two queen beds. There is also a guest laundry, and video games to entertain anyone.

It was cheap yet perfect for kids. They have a pool, hot tub and sauna. They also have games for the kids. It isnt the hilton but a cheap get away for the kids to have fun.
My wife and I stayed 2 nights and had a very good time here the pool was clean really liked the sauna we are planning to go back this year for our 28th anniversary.

This is the best deal going... the staff is second to none, helpfull & curtious. The rooms are nothing special but they are clean. One thing that does bother me is you don't get your bed made everyday. The breakfast is coffee and fresh doughnuts.

This is a great place to stay in a convienient location. We loved playing in the pool and sitting in the hot tub. The rooms were clean and the service was wonderful. We stay here every time we are in the cities.
