This hotel has come a long way. The best place in Presque Isle. The room was newly renovated, spacious and clean. HOT water and great water pressure. Great conversation at the Bar and the food at GRAM'S (Gram Russo's Italian Restaurant is like being in Italy. The front desk staff was helpful friendly, but a little offsetish. The Pool though I did not use is top noch. I did use the fitness Center, It is like one you would find in the Big city, not a little town like Presque Isle. I will recomend and will return

Very clean and spacious room and well appointed. Great pool.

There was no elevator, my room was on the third floor and I had to lug everything up the stairs. I had to return to the lobby to get info on how to connect to the internet service. The restaurant and the bar were very cold.
