The staff was friendly, competent and efficient. The food at the breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel was quiet and comfortable.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The reception was friendly and efficient; the room was clean and comfortable and somewhat larger than I expected. The breakfast buffet suggested seconds on many items.

The cost had risen for a soccer tournament we were attending. Otherwise, I would not pay that price for this quality of hotel.

We were pleased with the cleanliness of the room. We had to move the dresser to find a plug and it was clean behind the furniture as well. There was a lack of open outlets. We had to unplug lights to plug in our phone chargers. We also enjoyed the wireless access, but it should not have had to call the desk to find out it was available.

This was the absolute worst hotel I have stayed at. The reservation was lost, the staff was unfriendly, the pool was unsafe, the hotel was noisy and the rooms were old with thin walls.

The hotel was located near the place we were visiting. It provided adequate service.

The bathrooms were moldy and the pool was dirty. The included breakfast - the weekend buffet - has only eggs, sausages, and toast and all were cold. When we returned home we had to call Best Western's customer service to get our gold points credited to our account (which we have to do every time we stay there - which is 2 to 3 times per year).

They need better plowing and shoveling of snow around the parking lot and entrance. The location is convenient for us while fishing in the area. There's no dining nearby, though. Breakfast at the hotel is a plus. I have stayed here two times and both times there were noisy people in the halls late at night.

The hotel was close to shopping and to recreation. The staff was very helpful.
