Good
We stayed here for 4 days. Only problem was that the room that I had booked was not available the first night. All they had was smoking (and I had booked a non-smoking room). The room didn't smell smoky at all but had to move the next day to the...

Good
The hotel was reasonably comfortable. It was not close to the skytrain as it states in the Introduction. They have a free Tuk-Tuk service on the hour to take you to the skytrain station (Phom phrong) , next to "Emporium", a major depatment store....
The location is not so bad, although some taxi and tuk-tuk driver refused to take us, still we manage to go back and forth. The room is very clean, the breakfast was nice, and service wise I find it cool, complete amenities inside the room, like gas...

Good
People who gave this place a bad review were probably expecting a five-star experience. It is not a 5-star place, but it is MORE than adequate for the price. Sure, it is a bit of a walk to the skytrain, but if you are in reasonably good shape, you ...

Okay
Make sure you get a renovated room. You may be able to get a better price if you show up in person and bargain in a polite manner. This hotel is nowhere near the skytrain. It is a treacherous 1/2 hour walk which is not much fun under the Bangkok sun....
34 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I rented three different rooms for my entire family and the rooms looked clean, yet I felt a film of cigarette smoke on everything.
The room just stunk. There was a hole in the ceiling. The air conditioner controller just did not work right, too hot or too cold. Housekeeping did not change the sheets the entire 10 days we were there and I even asked them to change it, but still was not changed. The suits we had were a separated building across the street from the main hotel, so we had to cross the street every time to eat, go to the gym, which was 3 buildings away, crossing the street is not easy in Bangkok. The location of the hotel isn't as close as the maps make it out to be, it was inconvenient. When we asked for the tutu to drive us to the sky train, staff seemed moody.
The only thing we all liked about the hotel was the doorman, he smiled all the time and was helpful was getting us a taxi.
The hotel was generally clean (except the sofa and there was a strange smell in the desk). The staff was friendly and helpful. It is a bit far from Sukhumvit road, but there is a free tuk-tuk available to take you there. The room was very nice for...
