25 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
Rooms look exactly like the pictures. Went for my birthday getaway with my hunny. It was very romantic. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious, and the dinner was romantic. We are a pretty young couple, most people treat us like we're kids trying to be adults. The people here treated us kindly with the exception of the front desk clerk. It is conviently located about 5-10 minutes away from everything major in Prescott. It was really beautiful and comfortable. The only down thing, (and it might not be important to all) is the shower pressure was really really low. After swimming in the lake you want to take a strong shower to cleanse yourself, it was sooo low, I had to take a bath just to thoroughly cleanse myself. Other than that it was like a dream.

While the Prescott Resort is undergoing renovations - stay away!! It is noisy, smelly, and the unrenovated rooms are well below standard. The casino is small with poor service and strange "sewer" odors wafting in and out. The Yavapai Casino (across the street) is also somewhat small but much less smelly and the Cantina serves surprisingly great food!! The restaurant at the Prescott Resort has wonderful views and their food is 4-star delicious. Go for dinner, do a little gambling, and then go home until the renovations are finished.

36 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business
This hotel is a nice place to stay in Prescott if you like to have an all inclusive type of place. The indoor pool and sauna are really nice if you like that kind of thing. The view is great! If you like to gamble the casino is there, it's small but it's also the only one for miles.
There is a really nice lounge in the lobby area. It's a great place to have a relaxing drink with a mature crowd. There is also a beauty salon and massage, great if your there to relax. The lobby, and lounge area are really nice and comfortable with some really nice southwestern art exhibited all around the area. However they are really in need of new carpeting on the floors where the rooms are located.
The walk to your room from the lobby makes you feel like you just stepped into a 1 or 2 star. Also they could some new, possibly pillow top beds. The rooms are not bad. They are not fancy but they are nice, and all have balconies to enjoy the view.

We have been working very hard and decided we were long overdue for a relaxing day so we took our RV and journeyed to Prescott, Arizona.
What a beautiful place! We got a Suite Package at the Prescott Resort that included a suite with a spectacular view, two massages, unlimited use of the sauna, pool and Jacuzzi, and room service.
We arrived before noon and our room was not ready so we found a place to park our rig and proceeded to the small casino "Bucky's" adjacent to the resort and hit a jackpot, enough to pay for our stay.
The resort was older and much of the carpet needed replacement, but on an overall appearance it was nice. They have clean and roomy rooms, nice smiling people to assist us and a wonderful masseuse to ease all of our overworked bodies. Their room service was excellent and the food was delicious.
