35 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for business
The staff was rude and not helpful. The room was in extremely poor condition and filthy. I left a light on and did not remove my shoes except to go to bed. In bed I left all of my clothes on and did not sleep well. I canceled my second night and tried to locate another hotel so I didn't have to stay there, but was unsuccessful.
I am
not likely
to return to the Premiere Hotel and Suites New Haven.
I
would not recommend it to
friends.

It was a very good experience.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: There was no pressure about anyhing. Everything was available, the staff was quite helpful.

This hotel made me feel important: They made everyone feel as if they were at an luxury resort. The service was outstanding, and would return there again given the chance.
