Premiere Hotel and Suites New Haven Motel

This is a little hidden village. I was looking for a place to stay with my family and this offered a great value on a two bedroom, two level room.

It even had two baths. Having a full kitchen made it easier with a family. We loved the free breakfast and one night we made dinner out of the evening reception. It was quieter than the other hotels in the area since it was away from the highway just a little bit. It offered easy access to our car.

The hotel changed owners while I was there and the new owners had started to make the place even nicer.

The facility was in need of major renovations. The original construction and the maintenance programs have resulted in a shabby appearance. The food service was inferior as to quality and presentation. I cannot imagine returning.

The location has excellent highway access. There are good restaurants close by, the rooms are clean and the staff is pleasant. We had a great stay.

The staff was rude and not helpful. The room was in extremely poor condition and filthy. I left a light on and did not remove my shoes except to go to bed. In bed I left all of my clothes on and did not sleep well. I canceled my second night and tried to locate another hotel so I didn't have to stay there, but was unsuccessful.

They accept dogs.
