I was looking forward to see the motel that I had seen online, boy was I surprised, the lobby was full of people complaining about their room, the lobby was filthy, the staff was not nice
The word CUNT wrote on the inside of the elevator tells most of the story. I am a property manager and I have never seen such a nasty place. I would not even take my shoes off and was scared to touch anything. I nevertheless, walked right back down to the lobby and check back out. It was worth loosing my reservation money than to have to stay there. I would have been scared I would get mugged. Avoid this place with all costs. The management does not care.

This place is scary. I was afraid and it was daylight. The work "CUNT" wrote on the inside of the elevator door should have been my first clue. I took one look at my room and walked back down to the lobby and checked out. I am a property manager and can not beleive my eyes on how this one is run. How they make any money is beyond me. The staff does not care. It sticks and I would be afraid to touch anything. Worst place I ever seen!
If you are under the age of 25 expect to inventory EVERY SINGLE item in your room from forks to hand towels, expect there to be cheese on the tv, expect a leaking AC, a moldy shower, a broken fridge that somehow manages to make drinks warmer, VERY rude staff, LONGGGG lines in the front office at all times, and absolutely no parking. Completely ruined our vacation; NEVER STAY HERE!
P.S. They make you put down a $50 deposit per person under 25 that you won't get back if ANYTHING is wrong with that room that you didn't inventory. Pretty much they are trying to charge you for room damage you didn't do!
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!! Terribly dirty, stunk like beer and puke. GROWN man peeing in the hallway, could not believe this, having several kids on this trip with us!!! Beds were broken, bugs were in the rooms and it was just down right nasty!!!
I booked this hotel after looking at it online.....BIG MISTAKE! The pictures are VERY old. The beds were broken and "fixed" and as soon as we sat on it again, it fell!!! While going down to get a refund on this terrible, stinky beer and puke smel

STAY AWAY! What you see online is not what you get! We chose to lose money rather than stay one night. This hotel is falsely represented online and in the travel books. The hotel is run down, the clientele is seedy to put it nicely, and the management is just out to make a buck. We had to wait for almost a half an hour before the desk clerk could talk to us and the lobby was full of screaming children whose parents were no where to be found. While calling the hotel booking company (Expedia) in the car in front of the hotel, we were snuck up on by one of the guests who had been staring at us from a balcony. It was 3 in the afternoon and he was heavily intoxicated. We did not even feel safe leaving our vehicle in the hotel's parking lot while we were in the lobby. Do not stay there with your family and especially if you are traveling alone! It felt very unsafe, evening during the day. You would probably have a better stay at the BATE'S MOTEL!

My wife and I booked this through a travel agency. We went to have a getaway for Valentine's Day. This was the worst hotel experience I have had at Myrtle Beach. The hotel seemed to be built during the 50s. The room we got was old and smelled old. The sheets and pillow casing on the bed had turned brown and the carpet was nasty. I picked up the phone in the room and it fell apart. We did not even want to sit down. We end up leaving this place and checking into another hotel down the street. I can not advise this place to anyone. They should be condemned and this hotel needs to be demolished.
