Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort - Page 2

The Tapatio resort was very luxurious and well kept. The staff in the lobby was extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. Driving through the resort is a little nerve racking because the roads are very narrow and include one way streets people do not always follow. Parking is tricky with parallel parking spaces in front of the buildings and very narrow roads for backing up and turning. They offered numerous places to eat throughout. The pools scattered through the resort near different buildings were not busy.

This hotel made me feel content: The room at the resort was great. It was very big with nice views out of every window and off the porch. The area around us was quiet the entire time.

The location of this hotel was absolutely beautiful and the amenities made you feel like you were in your own little southwest town. The hotel is definitely outside of Phoenix, so I would recommend renting a car to make sightseeing easily accessible. It is a great place for a business conference as well!

This hotel made me feel secure: Even though the resort was sprawling, the hotel offered a van service to take you from the main building to your rooms so that you did not have to walk if you did not choose to. Even though the resort is in a semi-remote area, the staff at the entrance is ever present, as well as continuously circulating throughout the resort.

The property is secluded in the north central area of Phoenix. It has a multitude of room selections, elevations, views, restaurants, and pools. It's at the top of the mountain overlooking Phoenix,. It has a restaurant, a lounge and live entertainment. It's an enchanting destination with outstanding service and a great value.

I had an excellent stay. They had different pools available for guests. They also had excellent grounds, buildings and rooms.

This hotel made me feel practical: Everything was convenient and easy to get to.

It is a nice get away for relaxation.

When we arrived, everything went completely as planned with no delays and a very inviting staff. The only downside was the fact the hotel put a hold on our debit card without warning us and that proved troublesome when using our card. Other than that, our stay was tremendous and they put us up in a room right at the poolside. The place was clean and wonderfully inviting and invigorating.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The check in was short, to the point, and efficient. There were no changing of rooms. The room service including maid service accommodated our time and did not feel intrusive. Every staff member who passed us had a smile or offered help. We ate at their restaurant, the service was impeccable and we felt well taken care of. We lounged by the pool and the staff knew instinctively when we needed refreshments or new towels. We felt well relaxed upon our return.

The location was a bit out of the way. The attitude of the entire staff was outstanding. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel, Awesome Spa. Really nice, helpful staff. Food a bit pricy. Mexican food by pool was wonderful. Hole in the wall, not good at all (food bad and expensive). Tip..GREAT Italian rest (Salute) across the street. Consierge offered to shuttle us and pick us up.

The Hilton chain has very high standards and I have never been disappointed at any of their properties.

This was our first stay at a Hilton Resort and now will be our first choice. Everything was absolutely perfect! We are still telling our friends about your resort. Upon arrival at home, I've signed up for the HHilton Honors so I won't miss a thing when it comes to staying here.

Again, our stay was absolutely wonderful and we couldn't have asked for a better place!

The Hilton brand is our choice of hotels when we travel. We always have enjoyed outstanding service, pleasant, attractive accommodations and good restaurants on property.

My room was very comfortable. I like the idea of several pools scattered around the site. In addition, they had a pool only for adults. It was out of the way, but very nice.

This was a great place for relaxing. The food was pricey. However, if you were on a vacation then you could splurge.

The property was beautiful. The room was beautiful. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful especially when I lost my cell phone. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! I have never slept in a bed like that, either at home or away.

The hotel was wonderful, however I object to paying for the high-speed internet service since I select Hilton hotels as a place I regularly stay at.
