It was a beautiful hotel. Everything was first class.

This hotel made me feel practical: They made me feel at home.

The hotel has a great location and a nice layout.

It was clearly an older hotel, yet the rooms were well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the sink area was very nice. I enjoyed a suite experience. I was disappointed that this facility did not offer free high-speed Internet connection. This facility should be given in major hotels these days.

The hotel was lovely and the staff quite solicitous. My room service was faster than expected and the food was excellent. The maid service was average. The Ethernet in my room did not work. The staff tried to fix it but they were unable to fix it. They were also unable to offer other solutions.

I loved the excellent water park! The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the fitness center and classes available there, and it was nice to get free admission to it with my Silver Hhonors membership. I would stay there again.

The rooms were very nicely furnished and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located to where I was working and I was able to walk to and from work. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

I wish the price was more reasonable or that they participated in local barter groups. My office is directly across the street, and if either of the two items I mentioned were true, my entire stay would have been here.

We enjoyed our stay. We look forward to going back!

This hotel made me feel inspired: It was just an amazing place.

This was a great hotel. It was rather large. The staff was very helpful.

We not only could not get our room on time, but had to wait until after check in time. Then at the end we had six hours until our flight and wanted to use late check out and were not allowed to do so. The pool area was very dirty, even the pool was cloudy and we decided not to swim.

The hotel was very nice, and the gym was great.

The river ranch was wonderful! But we requested a king bed and got 2 doubles, and we weren't able to check out using the keyboard in our room because it didn't have any batteries in it, so that was inconvenient. I recommend this hotel for families when the weather is warm enough to enjoy the pool and related river ranch facilities. The fitness center is nice as well. I enjoyed taking yoga classes there and using the elliptical machines for my morning workouts.

The room was beautiful and clean. I did, however, ask for a smoking room but didn't get one. I confirmed that my reservation indicated a smoking room.

They didn't have my reservation in the computer, but once that was straightened out, everything was great.

Although I had a problem with my reservation, it was handled efficiently and courteously.

Too expensive for what they give you.
