Horrible
I can't believe how horrible my experience was given this top of the line hotel chain. I never received my towels I requested. The iron was broken because it no longer spayed water nor got hot enough to properly iron my clothes. The help didn't...

The location of this hotel was perfect for us. The room was adequate for what we needed. The front desk was very helpful. Our stay was very pleasant. We would stay there again, given the opportunity.
The rooms had safety locks on the inside. All outer doors other than the front door were locked and opened with room keys. The hallways were roomy and had no places for someone to hide.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Pleasanton Marriott.

Looking for a place to hold an event? This hotel has it all. A beautiful lobby, great banquet rooms, and great customer service. Everyone we encountered knew his or her job and did it with style. The banquet food was beautifully prepared and graciously served. The guest rooms are clean and comfortable.
Our University held a dinner for 72 and is already planning to return to this facility to hold a banquet for about 250 based on our experience on December 3rd, 2006.
