female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Had looked at the reviews it had the best so we decided to pay more money since it was not a casino. Reviews said customer service was wonderful . The room was fine but you could hear the elevator rumble every time it went floor to floor . As far as customer service they were not helpful they did not go the extra effort that they surley could have!
Old Fashioned, charming rooms, wonderful staff & service, great location. The one draw back during my stay was the loud music that could be hard at night from this bar across the street. Overall, though, I would recommend this place to anyone...
54 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I request this hotel when we go to Reno every three years for a bowling tournament. You really do not need a car if you want to stay in the area. I have been to Tahoe several times so lately we do not rent a car. This hotel is great. The seventh floor always has coffee or tea and they have a continental breakfast every day. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. They also have washers and dryers so you do not need to pack that much. They have a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. It is a small suite with a table and chairs and a small couch. I really like this place.
I am very likely
to return to the Plaza Resort Club.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The Plaza is near all the action but is quiet, spacious and comfortable. Beautifully decorated with hundreds of antique furnishings, it is a fine hotel. The staff is very helpful with excellent service. The hotel appears to be a timeshare, which...

I've stayed in most of the smoke filled casinos in Reno but thought I'd try something different. Upon opening the door to our room it was such a nice surprise! We rented the King Delux and that's exactly what it was.I would recommend this hotel to ...
