17 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
After booking this hotel (based on it's price and 3-star rating) I read all the reviews at different sites and I was very worried. I heard trashy, rude, all of that, but it was the exact opposite. The staff knew me and my party ,and were very nice. The pool was clean ,but a bit cold prob. because of the constant wind. My view was spectacular, and the room was clean and spacious. My only complaints were there are not enough elevators (there are only two and at times the wait could be quite lengthy) and the shower was a little cramped.

44 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This place is dirty, the employees and maids were rude, and our family was very upset with our stay here.
Our balcony was at roof level, it was littered with beer bottles and trash and there was vomit all over our balcony! Even the elevator was dirty. Our 17 year old son was escorted to our room by a security guard because he was not allowed to be in or around the hotel without a parent after 10 pm.
They told us that the hotel has having problems. Just stay somewhere else.
