While passing through on our way to Illinois, my girlfriend and I stopped at this lousy place in hopes that we could pick up a quick, cheap hotel for the night.

I picked up the keys to our room and upon entering, we realized the place reeked with cigarette smoke. I went down to ask if non-smoking rooms were available, but I was told that such rooms did not exist. I went up and told my girlfriend that a non-smoking room was not available, and we eventually decided that we couldn't stay in such an unclean and smoky place.

I went down to the office and asked politely if we could have a refund and I was rudely told that we had been in the room 5 minutes longer than they would allow (even though I spent most of the time complaining) and they would not refund the money. I left the key and we got out of that horrible hotel.

Do not stay here, the staff is awful, the rooms are worse, and there are places down the street much nicer at comparable prices.
