This hotel was horrible. In a word, Dirty. In two words, Dirty and broken. The elevators is broken, the stairs have sharp exposed edges. The plaza inn in Albaquerque is digusting. If you want to ruin your trip stay here. The staff is exceedingly rude.

This hotel has been downgraded on the travel website to a 2 Diamond, which is more appropriate. It is older with marginal maintenance. It appeared as if they needed more time and money spent on the facility. Paint in many places was mixed, one...

I was truly disappointed with this property overall. The rooms were some-what clean, but the hotel has roach infestation. We had issues with our A/C, and I overheard some other patrons did also. The photos on the website are misleading, and the...

When we got there, we found out that we had stayed at the same hotel 8 years ago. It wasn't the Plaza Inn then and we can't remember what the name was. It was a very nice hotel, but they may have exaggerated about the cost of renovations. The...

They tell you they've just renovated, but as far as we could tell, it was painting the outside of the building. Terrible location, the hotel had a musty smell because of the pool area, and the only restaurant within walking distance was like...

We were pleased with the staff and their attention to our needs. Taking the shuttle to and from our conference location saved the hassle of renting a car. The staff were friendly. The rooms were comfortable and I didn't notice normal hotel noise.

I had lived in Albuquerque for almost six years before visiting there recently, I booked this hotel on priceline and my experience has been horrible with this hotel. The nightmare started when we reached this hotel, all the doors were locked and we had to call the front desk in order to enter the hotel. The room had broken furniture and torn sofa. When we asked hotel manager to change the room, he replied that hotel was fully booked, although we did not see many vehicles in the parking lot. The room was very small contrary to what we see on their website. If you want to spoil your trip stay here. I will not recommend this hotel at any price.

This place is an old property in an awkward, unattractive location right off the interstate, and its very noisy. When you look at the positive reviews on other sites take the time to see how similar they all are. I suspect they flood the internet with their own positive reviews. I can't imagine anyone thinking this place is acceptable. I don't write many reviews, but people need to be warned about this over-rated dump!
When I stayed, the internet was down the whole time, it was a huge hassle for me. I was there for three days and the whole time there was a decomposing piece of shrimp in the elevator closest to the pool that smelled worse and worse every day (I wasn't going to touch it!) The other elevator shook like the space shuttle but it did manage to stop within 6 inches of the floor (often a different floor than I selected). My room was tiny and filthy with old food stains on the wall and what looked like blood. The maid never did clean my room one day, despite notifying the front desk. Someone needs to re-review this property, it is rated everywhere as a 3 star, I'd have been better off at Motel 6! Avoid at all costs!
