Room had mold growing around the tub. Not very clean. Parking garage was extra. When I asked for my credit card receipt back they told me I couldn't have it back - even though we paid cash for EVERYTHING - they said they will keep them on file...
It was alright for what we paid. The location was wonderful, but they dont have a breakfast and that was a downfall to try and find somewhere that had a nice breakfast.
The pool was closed when we went so that wasnt much fun either.

This place was a joke. The room was tiny, paint and wallpaper were pealing in the bathroom and the front desk was rude. It certainly is NOT a 4 Star hotel. The bed sank in the middle and the pillows were worthless. No free parking as advertised online. I blame the Plaza, they should know better.

Its in a nice location, they have a friendly staff, and its fairly clean.
Theres construction going on all around until about 10:30 pm. Then the air in the plumbing started to make very constant and loud noises. This went on all night long. Then at about 5:00 am, the construction began again.
As we were booked for another night, we asked to switch rooms, which they did with no problem. The next room had quieter plumbing, but again at 5:00 am, the construction began. The attached restaurant was the worst, they had bad service and bad food. The pool and spa seems to always be closed. Food sat out in the hallways for days.
They have generally clean rooms, and are comfortable, except for the noisy, disturbing plumbing noise. We last came in 2005, with a much better experience. We will have to find somewhere else to stay when we come again.

The elevators were overloaded, partly because of the remodeling and partly because of the American Legion Convention. The elevators broke down three times, sometimes with people between floors.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Plaza Hotel at Temple Square.
I might recommend it to friends.
