Hotel needs remodeling. There is no customer service. This hotel had students running it who did absolutely nothing with your request. Manager nowhere to be found. Hotel had employees from another city come in and help out because they didn't have enough employees to keep up with all requests and cleaning of rooms. Some of our group was checked in and when they got to their room it wasn't even cleaned from the prior guest. Empty pizza boxes left on an unmade bed and restroom not clean. Will never stay at this hotel again. It needs to be closed until they remodel and hire professional employees who can service a hotel correctly.

It's a little unnerving when you pull into the parking lot at 7:30 pm and you don't see one other car for an 18 floor high building.
When asked if the breakfast crew could accommodate a 6:30 a.m time vs 7:00 am (especially when it appeared that we the volleyball teams were the only clients) - the front desk - said that the crew just left and no. Disappointing!
Overall, comparing various other rooms our teammates were staying in - cleaniness was poor, no room seemed to be the same, missed the availablity to express checkout.
The hotel was very run down and poorly managed. I had very little toilet paper in my bathroom, and asked for more at the front desk. I was told that housekeeping would bring some up to my room. Luckily, I was brought 2 rolls. Another family in our group also asked for some toilet paper, and they were told there was none. I wondered if I was given the last 2 rolls! Our room was extremely cold, and I don't know if the heater worked after I turned it on. I ended up getting a very bad cold - not that the room caused it (because my son had the flu earlier in the week), but I think the temperature added to my sickness. The rooms were very outdated and lighting was poor. The hotel had college students running the front desk at night and in the morning when we checked out. This was probably the grossest hotel I've stayed in in the US. It needs major updating!!!

For a hotel price over $100.00 I was disappointed. There were makeup stains on my pillowcase, dirty washcloths in the bathtub, no coffee for the coffee maker, no hot water the first night or in the morning either. The only way you get breakfast is if the hotel is full! We had a large group and we were all upset. Each room had problems. It was so late when we arrived not much could be done.

My group consisted of about 15 rooms. We arrived on 12/07/2007 and the AC was broke, I slept on plastic because there were no sheets, the toilet ran all night, I took a cold shower the next morning and the sink would not shut off. Most of the group abandoned their rooms during the night. I was so hot that I slept in the car for 3 hours. At $2.89 per gallon the hotel should pay me.
This hotel must be some kind of college project. The real estate is valuable and it should be demolished.
I do not expect a charge for my stay nor will I pay the charge. I have already call AMEX to inform them of my displeasure.

Stayed for two nights on business: After having to wait in line for 40 minutes just to check in, the room I had was nothing to brag about. The lights at the end of the hall were not working, so I had to walk in near darkness to get to my room. There were drinks in the fridge and papers left in the room from the previous patrons.
And now, almost a month after my stay, I find that since I had reserved the room under one Credit Card, yet chose to pay with another, I now have charges on both. The charges are not even for the same amount nor were they transactions from the same day.
Hated my experience from the beginning and it just keeps going long after my stay there.
Find a better place to stay - College Station has plenty worth the $$$.

We were there for a football weekend at A&M and while the Plaza websites states the hotel was recently remodeled our room showed no evidence. The room was shabby and the carpeting was dirty. While the staff at the desk was nice and friendly,...
