36 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Where do I begin?
There was no central air, the room smelled musty, the lamps weren't plugged in and neither was the television.
We called four times regarding how much heat was in the room. Their maintenance staff was "off duty".
On the fourth call, because there had been a change of shifts, the new shift didn't know our problem but did finally put us in another room. It wasn't until 11:00 pm though!
The new room's toilet was filthy, so I had to call housekeeping this time. When I checked out, no apologies when I commented, there was no offer for a discount or refund.
It was really bad, and the hotel isn't kept up well in general. It is almost like a ghost town and it is so big with very few guests and very few staff to assist.
Great hotel tio stay for any type of Reunion or co
