This is a very low quality hotel. But the price is also very low. The facilities are too old.

The hotel is great value. They serve the best coffee in town!

I stayed there many times in the past. I have always been more than satisfied with the room, the staff, the restaurants and the bars.

The hotel has an excellent location and great service. The rooms are a little worn out and it is not very family friendly, but it is a great value for its price.

This hotel made me feel excited: The great location, the Old Vegas atmosphere, the billboards, and the advertisements on the room table, all contributed to my excitement.

My purse was left outside the elevator with money, credit cards and a cell phone in it for more then fifteen minutes and an employee found it and turned it in to security for me. Everything was accounted for!

This hotel made me feel entertained: The casino was well stocked with a variety of machines and tables. The entertainment was ok, but nothing exciting.

We arrived in the morning and after being told it was before check-in were given no options and pretty much ignored. We had to come back later to check-in. The beds were rather uncomfortable -- but it was a lower price hotel/casino.

We stay at this hotel almost every year. We have been treated very well. The hotel staff is always friendly and helpful.

The rooms were not clean or well kept up. There was mold in the bathroom.

I have always been pleased with my experiences at the Plaza. When we want to stay downtown this is the place.

The hotel rooms were quiet and large. But the lobby was smoky and the elevators were dirty, and the staff was not very friendly. The customer service at one of the fast food establishments in the hotel was horrible. For the price I paid, I expected better.

I liked the great location and friendly service. It's a great place for the price. I was very satisfied.

I go there once a year for pleasure. I have a great time every year I go and can't wait to go back the next time.

I enjoyed this casino. Its location was great and so was the service. I would recommend it to all looking for a good time.

The Plaza is a good, comfortable hotel in the downtown area that offers a great deal for their rooms. There's nothing fancy here - just a clean room, modest furnishings and a great place to gamble!
