I paid a low price for a large mini suite.

We liked the location, the price, the room and the staff. I was slightly disappointed in their buffet. There was some selection but not much to choose from. The price was very good for what you could get though.

The rooftop pool was highly overrated and unusable for most of our visit. The buffet also left much to be desired.

I had never stayed downtown before. It was very convenient. The service was fine and reasonably comfortable. The bathroom in our room was extremely small.

The hotel was old but the room was spacious and clean. The employees were friendly and the parking was convenient. The location was fantastic because it was off the Strip but it was very easy to get to the Strip on the trolley or bus.

The knob came off the bathroom door, locking me inside. We had to wait for a repairman for an hour. When we checked out, the staff transferred me to five different people before offering me a single ten dollars discount.

The hotel is downtown with close parking. Not a real high-class hotel but the staff is great.

The hotel has comfortable rooms. It has a pool, a gym and a casino. My advice is to check out the comedy shows while you are there.

The hotel had nice sized and clean rooms, a clean lobby, but check in was sub par and it took over thirty minutes to check in with prepaid reservation. The clerks acted like they wanted to be elsewhere. But I would stay there again.

The hotel had been recently remodeled and was exceptionally clean. It was important to the staff that we were satisfied as a family with our arrangements and wanted to make sure my mother was comfortable as she was somewhat handicapped.

This hotel made me feel secure: The hotel staff made sure that my teenagers had their own keys and wanted to make sure they were aware of the way to the room and the layout of the hotel.

I liked the location. Our room had a faulty air conditioning unit and the pool was rather dirty.

I liked the location and just loved the food. You can see the Freemont Experience from the front rooms of the hotel. It was a nice stay, but there was a mix-up about the room we were supposed to get.

This hotel made me feel content: The room was nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was fun.

I disliked the uncomfortable bed and the lousy view.

I always stay there, it is in a great location with clean, quiet rooms. The hotel has an excellent staff, a good kitchen and the rates are very fair. All and all, it is good value.

I love the hotel. I love Fremont Street and this hotel is convenient for that. The bartenders are great in this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel at 12/26-28/2006. I booked it well in advance and reserved a "non-smoking room", because I am sick to the smell. Well, if they were not going to reserve me a non-smoking room they can tell me. Plaza is not the only hotel in Vegas. But they just confirmed my reservation.

When checking in at 8pm they told me all non-smoking rooms were sold out. I pointed out it should be my room since I guaranteed my booking with credit card. How come they were sold out! But finally they say they can't fix it. No smile on the associates face and they seem not willing to help. After a 10 hours driving I don't want to argue anymore. But it was a nightmare that night. I had cough and sore eyes, and can sleep well that night. Terrible! I will never stay again in this hotel!

We have stayed at the Plaza hotel for several years. This year was a nightmare. We were overcharged for our room from the price we got over the phone. The room was dirty. We stayed from Monday to Friday. Tuesday we left early and we got back late, the room was never cleaned. When they did clean the room they did not vacuumed next to the bed, under the dresser or under the table. I was very disappointed. The only thing they have good are the bartenders.

It is a good place to stay when on a budget, but it has low frills.

The location was good. Check in and help with the disability equipment was slow. The price for rental of a scooter was way too high. The room was worn and old and it had a moldy smell. In my first day there, the toilet overflow flooding the bathroom. The clean up was done timely. The personnel was very friendly at check in and when asked information. I only ate at the buffet, most of the staff was rude and unfriendly.

The Plaza hotel is located in a very convenient location. It is a great value.

This hotel made me feel content: Everything was as expected. There were no surprises or problems.
