The hotel was old but the room was spacious and clean. The employees were friendly and the parking was convenient. The location was fantastic because it was off the Strip but it was very easy to get to the Strip on the trolley or bus.

When we arrived there was a drink in our room from the previous guest and guest soaps that had been opened. Although they offered to move us we stayed in the same room but did not have housekeeping the whole time we were there. We chose to take...

The hotel had been recently remodeled and was exceptionally clean. It was important to the staff that we were satisfied as a family with our arrangements and wanted to make sure my mother was comfortable as she was somewhat handicapped.
The hotel staff made sure that my teenagers had their own keys and wanted to make sure they were aware of the way to the room and the layout of the hotel.

The knob came off the bathroom door, locking me inside. We had to wait for a repairman for an hour. When we checked out, the staff transferred me to five different people before offering me a single ten dollars discount.
